以How tall are you为例,展示英语教案的完整性

一.Teaching aims

1.Knowledge aims:learn new words about such as younger/shorter,and sentence: how tall you are.

2.Ability aims:by the end of this class, Ss speaking and listening will be improved.

3.Emotion aims:Ss can have a good habit to do exercise everyday and form the interest in English.

二.Key points and Difficult points

1.Key points:master the new words and new phrases.Use them talk about how tall they are.

2.Difficult points:how to use the key sentence structures correctly.

三.Teaching procedures

Step 1.Greeting and lead in

Before the new lesson,I’ll ask Ss some questions.Can you guess how tall I am?

Oh,well ,it’s a secret.and then I will ask some Ss to stand here,and the others will guess how tall they are,ok?

Step 2. Presentation and practice

(1)Presentation:New words

Show some pictures.

Practice:New words

Play some games:

①Big and small voices

②Touch and say

③Turn around the pictures

(2)Presentation:New dialogue

Listen to the tape 3times and check the dialogue

Eg:How tall are you?

---He/She ........

Practice:New dialogue

1) One student one word

2) Group A vs Group B

3) Sentences dragon

Step 3. Consolidation

Play a game:bomb game to the words

Role play to the dialogue

Step4. Summary and homework

Summary :Missing game.

Homework :write a short passage about how tall you are.

四.Blackboard design

Unit1 How tall are you?

Young-younger

Short-shorter

--How tall/heavy are you?

---I’m/he’s/she’s ......tall.

五.Teaching reflection
